"Melissa Gabriel, CEO and Founder of ICTD Agency (I Connect The Dots LLC), is a seasoned former radio personality, red carpet host, digital producer, content creator, and project manager with a career deeply rooted in iconic stations HOT 97 and WBLS.
The beginning of her career jumpstarted as a music video shoot coordinator and the founder of her own media company, “MDM” in college radio before becoming a driving force behind major cultural moments at HOT 97. Amongst a pool of music artists, actors, business owners, label reps, PR Reps, brands, venues and sponsors, Melissa G. found herself at the center of her colleagues within different industries to create impactful opportunities.
Her talent for fostering meaningful moments and relationships eventually lead to the birth of ICTD Agency -I Connect the Dots LLC !!!
